As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I understand the value of creating a safe and affirming space for you to explore various aspects of your identity. I can also offer system navigation support to people seeking access to gender-affirming care.
Our moods can have a big role in how we experience life. Whether you’d like to explore the connection between mood and emotion, improve emotional regulation or become more aware of the ‘when and why’ of your emotions, I will provide practical tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals.
Life has many transitions that we often plan for while others are unexpected. These transitions can pose unique challenges and can be connected to career/educational aspirations, family planning, illness, or grief among many others. Together, we can explore strategies to navigate the life transitions you are encountering.
