I offer virtual individual therapy services by video or phone to people living in Ontario. Each session is approximately 50-55 minutes in length and my fee per session is $170.
I reserve a limited number of sliding scale sessions if the full session fee is a barrier. I am committed to equitable access to services and strive to increase accessibility while maintaining a sustainable practice.
My services are covered by most extended health insurance plans. I am a registered provider for the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program through Indigenous Services Canada billed directly through NIHB. Additionally, I am a registered provider for Medavie Blue Cross through Veterans Affairs billed directly through Medavie Blue Cross.
My services are eligible to be claimed as a medical expense tax credit on your income tax return.

How long are counselling sessions?
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length, and frequency is tailored based on each individual's needs.
Are counselling sessions covered under OHIP?
Counselling services are not covered by OHIP. However, most health insurance plans provide coverage for counselling provided by social workers. Please contact your provider for details about mental health coverage.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those clients who do not have access to insurance coverage.
How many sessions will I need?
Just like each individual's treatment is different, so is the length of counselling. Some goals can be met in just a few sessions, while other goals take longer. Sometimes you might even feel ready to take a break from regular sessions and just come when you need. Counselling is most successful when it is tailored to what is best for you.
